A Winton Woods Alum, Lakesha Denson and her husband raise their three daughters in Forest Park. Lakesha has had uncontrollable Type 2 Diabetes since 1998, leading to Charcot Disease in her foot. Charcot Disease caused bones in Lakesha’s foot to disintegrate and made it impossible for her to walk and work.
